What we receive

Meta sends the app events for comments and direct messages addressed to this Instagram account. For comment automation, we use the comment text to match a keyword and keep the comment ID, matched rule, reply outcome and time. We do not store the comment text in our database.

For direct-message automation, we use your message text to choose the relevant response and keep an Instagram sender ID, event ID, selected button (if any), conversation stage, reply outcome and time. We do not store the text of incoming direct messages in our database. Your messages remain visible in the Instagram conversation itself under Meta's own services.

Why we use it

We use this information to send the reply you requested, show the account owner what happened, prevent duplicate replies, and troubleshoot failed delivery. A message you send after choosing an option may be answered personally by the account owner.

Storage and retention

The system runs on Cloudflare Workers, Pages and D1. Direct-message event and conversation-stage records are scheduled for deletion after 30 days. Completed, ignored and failed comment-event records are also scheduled for deletion after 30 days; unresolved comment events may be kept until reviewed. The account owner's Instagram access token is encrypted before storage. Owner dashboard sessions expire after 12 hours. We do not sell message or comment data or use it for ad targeting.

Your choices

You can stop the conversation at any time. To ask about, correct, or delete data held by this app, email parmarjayendrasinh41@gmail.com and include your Instagram username and the request. We may ask you to verify control of the account before acting on a request. See data deletion instructions. You can also remove the app's access through Instagram's Apps and websites settings. Meta controls its own copies of Instagram messages and comments.
